Background: There isn't much to be said about Canvas' childhood as he didn't have much of one to begin with. Being born partial albino, Canvas was always extremely sheltered and protected by his mother. He's fragile, that's true; His health isn't as good as it should be and his mother was always extremely scared that something might happen to him, that the harsh weather from North might make him sick, that he might catch something from other caelis and so on... As a kid, Canvas was not allowed outside the house, the only place his mother knew to be safe enough for him.
                    Because of this, he didn't have any childhood friends nor did he really know any caelis. The only caeli that he saw apart from his mother was Aries, who visited every week for regular checkups (even though they weren't really necessary).
                    Nowadays, Canvas is allowed outside as he's not a little pup anymore but he has a curfew. The time he spends outside will also depend on how bad the weather is because, even if he's not a lil pup, his mother still worries that he might get caught in a blizzard. He doesn't resent his mother for this though, for putting barriers everywhere, because he knows she does it because she cares about him and loves him and wants nothing bad to happen to him.

              Ø Aries - [Family Friend] Aries has always been a present figure in Canvas' life for as long as he can remember. She used to come to his house every week to do check ups on him (which is kinda hated ngl) but always stayed longer to keep him company and indulge him in his plays. She would also let him play with her porminn which was his favourite thing to do! Even if his mother berated him and ended up gently kicking Aries out.
Ø Øyvind - [Friend] Øy and Canvas met in a rather unconventional way. It's kind of a funny story actually; almost like a long distance friendship except they were only separated by a window. That's right, they met through one of the windows in Canvas' house. He's always liked to caeli-watch from his window and one day Øy just happened to notice him; although, because Canvas' vision is kinda bad he didn't really notice Øy until he was, quite literally, standing in front of him which gave him the fright of his life! But after getting used to it, Canvas was always looking forward to seeing the other caeli. They would write things to each other on the fogged window or even draw silly little things and that's how they became friends. Canvas' mum actually thought Øy was an imaginary friend of Canvas as she had never really seen him before; her reaction when Øy knocked on their door was, for a lack of a better word, hilarious.
