"Betty Inkwell was once a cartoonist before he was transformed into a ditzy bimbo toon by cursed ink. She possesses the ability to transform others into anything she pleases using her pens and brushes (the effects of which seem to be permanent)."

Betty is an OC that I conceived some time ago and whom I'll eventually do something with. She's been simmering on the backburner of my mind until I could think of what to do with her.
