i know the character for pakkun, it is kakashi-sensei, the markings in his face looks like the mask of kakashi...

Wow! I had never noticed the, somehow creepy similarities with the Genin! Nyaah Neji doesn't have raibies!!! Sorry, I just think that dog has a little...um....raibies problem

I think the one with the bandages is Neji, because if you look closely at him he has eyes like Neji's. And the bandages kinda fit too. I reckon the white one is a lot like Kakashi.
All the rest of them are the same as what I thought, except for the one at the back on the left, didn't think of the possibility of it being Naruto! Awesome!
