If you were first introduced to Raymond you would've noticed that he wass quiet, he would not speak to you unless he was spoken to or was asked a question. He would've felt no need to take the effort of talking to you. Though, if he had known you for years and years and grew a bond with you, you would've realized that he was loyal and would've done anything in his will to keep you happy and safe. But he was also very strict when it came to your actions and the gang, he would've not tolerate foolish or careless behavior from you, he needed you to stay alive.

Being quiet, he was also distant, hiding in himself as he hated showing any of his inner feelings or thoughts. Just uncomfortable with the idea. For most of his loved ones he was protective but when it came to strangers or acquaintances he was introverted and highly apathetic to their situation or their safety.

After all of this, and when he was back to his empty home. He couldn't help but feel lonely.

► H I S T O R Y

  Well it really started when he was a little kid like 12, he found a young boy badly injured from being attacked by a gang. His name was Yokai, and he lived on the streets too. But Ray carried him to the hospital, and then Ray's father decided to bring him into their household.
They grew up relatively quickly, but Yokai had a deep heated revenge against the gang and the city they lived in because hospitals refused to treat his mother and sister when they were sick and injured because they were so poor.
At highschool, Ray found his true love. She was an amazing gal, and he wanted her in the rest of his lives. So when they graduated, Ray left with his girl to live his own life while Yokai was planning his revenge.
During the first years, Ray took in a run away girl named Deborah, treated her like a baby sister and him and his girlfriend took her in until she could handle her own life. After a couple years..
Ray married, had a baby girl a precious daughter and his wife was pregnant again with a boy.
While on a road trip for a family vacation, Ray continued to drive even when he couldn't keep his eyes open. He was so tired.. then was woken up in a hospital.
A drunk trucker had went straight to Ray's car while he was falling asleep and struck his car, killing his wife immediately from impact..and his daughter passed away after falling to her injuries. Ray survived with a few broken bones, the family dog survived too.

After his family was gone, he suffered into depression for a while, almost taking his life. But Deborah showed up, she saved him and cared for him until he got onto his own feet. He then returned to the city, reunited with Yokai. Yokai had started a gang in the city, a strong one that repelled against the rich and killed anyone who got in their way.
Ray loved his brother, so he joined in to become the second hand to Yokai. Going on missions and killing whoever was a threat, he was growing to be an empty shell. While on the other hand he opened up a pet shop, his dog the mascot. He loved animals so much so this was a new start.

One day he met a little boy, walking home alone from school. It was a dangerous area, so Ray questioned where his parents were. Mother deceased, and his Father abusive the boy was alone. Ray started to look over him, because he reminded him a lot of his daughter. Over the years the boy grew and grew and he was a young man, they had a lot of problems over time but Ray really saw him as his son. His name was Kepi. Kepi joined the gang, wanting to follow Ray's footsteps even if said man did not want that.
Over time Deborah showed up again, now a professional psychiatrist and doctor she joined Yokai's gang to be their medical aid.
For a while Ray thought his life was finally getting better again, his brother, sister, and a son in his life.. he was finally becoming whole again.
But then the war between gangs started, an enemy of Yokai was a woman who's gang was Yokai's polar opposite. Sworn enemies.
Unfortunately, Ray knew her before he joined the gang.. and he had fallen in love with her.. and she loved him.
When the wars would go, they would dodge eachother as much as possible while still fight..then have a secret affair in the night.

One war was very chaotic, held at a ball where Yokai's gang set up explosives. Kepi had lost himself after some of his friends got hurt, and became a chaotic murderous frenzy. Deborah who was also there tried to help her nephew, even if he didn't like her. Kepi accidentally killed her through one of his hits..and he accidentally killed some of his fellow gang members.
Kepi was then sentenced by Yokai to death, for betraying his gang.. and Yokai asked Ray to do the deed.
Ray held Kepi as he injected a poisonous serum. He just lost his sister, and now his son.. but he tried to go on.

Another war fight has gone on, and Yokai was very close to killing his nemesis. But Ray stepped in, defending the woman he had grown to love and care for. He betrayed his gang for her..he betrayed his brother. Yokai, who loved Ray but still held pride for his gang..shunned him..and disowned himself as Ray's brother.
Ray lost his last family.

Ray fell into depression again, he lost everyone..everyone. Then..after a few weeks..his pet shop went into bankruptcy. And he didn't have enough money to even handle rent so he was getting evicted from his home..when he received these paperwork.. his second dog died from old age in his little bed while Ray did his dishes... and that was it.
After burying his dog, he went back home. He only had a week left to clean it out, so he popped open a new wine bottle, poured the left over arsenic he had into it.. then grabbed his photo family album and drank three glasses of wine. Then died of poison, looking at his photo of him, his wife, and yokai when they were still in highschool.
