I watch an episode here and there because it's SO busy and crazy that I can only handle a little at a time.Β The animation is fantastic though, but that's par for the course for Gainax/Khara/Trigger.
Have you seen Otome Yokai Zakuro? The character designs in that show would be right up your alley.

Ya its very very busy!!! I love the voice acting a lot. I dunno what it is with stuff I've been watching lately but nothing is as good as far as voice acting goes. Like even attack on titan feels really flat for something thats ALWAYS exciting and dramatic. I DUNNO. It might just be the casting and not the acting itself????? ANYWYASSsafs

I really like the voices for Ryuko and Satsuki. Haha maybe the voices in Kil La Kill sound so dynamic because they're always shouting?Β Thanks for giving me an excuse to watch Attack on Titan!Β I honestly didn't pay too much attention to the voice acting, so I'm using that as my reason for a repeat watch. That and Captain Levi...
Zakuro is a pretty cute show, but very slow paced.Β Maybe if you don't like the character designs that much you might not like the show, cause honestly, the designs are a huge reason why I'm watching it. That and Zakuro is totally tsundere and I adore the twins for some reason.

I think my love for Levi makes up for the fact that my other favourite character is...Annie.Β Oh, and Mikasa, of course. But everyone is required to love Mikasa.
I'll definitely pay more attention to the voice acting next time I watch Kill La Kill.Β Which means I should stop watching it during my treadmill time.
Speaking of treadmill (this is the show I watch to torture myself while I jog) have you seen Recently My Sister is Unusual?Β I can't stop watching it even though it makes me angry for the entire 24 minutes.

There is some yuri in it, but I didn't like it because the one girl was always asking the other to stop and would get sexually humiliated every episode, and for some reason it was supposed to be funny. And you know me - I LOVE YURI but this show just made me so sad and full of the rage.
Basically the entire premise is this guy and girls parents get married so they become step-siblings.Β This ghost shows up, puts a chastity belt on the girl and says that she has to fill up this gauge on the belt by doing sexual things with the brother or else she and the ghost will die. The ghost's entire motivation is that she was in love with the brother (whom she refers to as "Big Brother") and wants to vicariously bone him.Β And then awful, embarrassing things of a sexual nature happen to the poor girl and it's supposed to be funny but just made me frown and become angry.Β It's one of those shows that if it were real, you just know that the girl would end up in therapy and have serious sexual hang-ups.
HOWEVER! There's another show that I liked much better called B Gata H Kei and it's adorable and hilarious and I love it.Β The character designs aren't as cute as the ones in the My Sister Is Unusual Show though, which is a shame.

Ya I had a hard time watching Haruhi (for the first time) recently because she was always molesting Mikuru and it made me uncomfortable....I also really hate pandering moe shows (I love K-on) but can't stand My little sister can't be this cute or ANYTHING like it. Just drives me insane. I can't enjoy fan service these days either because so many shows have girls that look like they're 10. I miss Tenchi Muyo and El Hazard !___!
I've been going back and watching a lot of old shows recently. I never saw Dragon ball when I was younger so me and Momo are watching 1 ep a day before bed. I LOVE IT. ITS SO CUTE. And before that we watched sailor moon. And in between those we've been watching SNK and Kill la kill.
I watched all of Chihaya furu, Kimi ni todoke and Ano natsu de matteru (Also saw Anohana) But I think thats it as far as newer shows go~!!

Yeah, the trend of having lots of fan service of little girls is...yeah, no thanks. I like moe, but not if it's super gross. Kyoani moe is acceptable to me because the girls are legit adorable and gross things don't happen to them.Β But I'm also the weirdo who thinks that Tomoko from Watamote is super moe - seriously, I would love to hang out with her and give her constant hugs.
Dragon Ball is a good idea - I remember that show being hilarious.

I liked maybe the first 5 eps of the first season of Chihayafuru & then I kinda kinda got bored until Chihayas rival shows up and then I lovedddd season 2. Kimi ni Todoke is good because HER and HER FRIENDS are so good. I LOVE them. (The boys can suck it) And Ano Natsu is like really super generic "girl from outer space no one must find out" story but I thought everything was done perfectly and sweet and I liked all the characters. I need to watch it again...I just remember not hating ANYTHING about it. Like it had love triangles but they were all handled quickly and were cute and sweet. Every cliche was like done well??? Its not amazing but its very nice!!!!
Haha I still need to see Watamote...It looks very weird!

I AM. I was so happy Satsuki turned on her mom, and then ridiculous craziness. There are probably only a few more episodes D: so much still to do, so many crazy clothing ladies to take down.
The art is really pretty and bright for how bleak it is, and everyone's a horrible person. I'm waiting for the ending to have hiroshi either dead or with a new girl and it is making me nervous.
