Supergirl moves towards Harley, The heroine expecting Harley to bolt. But Harley, instead, buries the gun in Supergirl's left breast. Reitorating her threat. Harley admits even she isn't sure of what kind of kryptonite is inside the gun but she believes it to be the dreaded gold kryptonite.
This gives Supergirl pause, she listens to Harley's heart beat and pulse. It beats normal. She also hears the sound of Harley's finger squeezing the trigger. Does is surrender or call the clown Princess' bluff?

Definitely fight!! Nothing better that seeing a scantily clad babe in a fight, especially if she eventually loses. It would also rile Supergirl's opponant into making her demise that much more violent and tempt her to shoot Supergirl in the belly and prolong the agony. (I'm bad!!!)
