Nice, but if u put yellow for his hair he looks more like mellow. I think u need to have his face a bit longer and his hair less spanned out.

Well, except for his right eye, everything seems ok to me.
But his expression and the general atmosphere are so... him! I mean, you kinda captured the spirit of Raito/Kira, that's what I see, more than his crooked eye half hidden by his hair (or his face not perfectly symmetric).
See what I mean? There are drawings technically almost perfect, that can however seems... empty, dead, and we don't know exactly why (like this one : [link] I admire Heise very much, she is an awesome illustrator (and I love this drawing very much too, it's in my favs), but I think there are some of her drawings, like this one, that looks "dead". I admit it is technically perfect, but the guy has no expression... Wouldn't this drawing supposed to express... something? I only see a handsome man, or a bad actor, posing for some magazine. It "sounds wrong". Even with his red eye he doesn't look evil... I took this example, but there are many of them in the galleries of the best DA artists). Then, there are the emotive, expressive drawing that seems almost alive, even if they sometimes have some flaws, like this one. This quality is however more subjective than the one based on the technic, because it is only based on what we feel while looking at a drawing (just like with abstract art, to people can feel to very different feelings (or one can feel nothing at all when the other one is almost about to cry). I exagerate, but I just want you to understand why I like this drawing so much... When I look the Raito on your drawing in the eyes, I feel his personality, I see a genius, a man of ambition, but also a murder.
Of course, your drawing could be better, but it is already very good. A drawing that is technically almost perfect AND seems alive... it's... quite rare, actually.

what a long reply^^ but i realy realy appreciate your opinion. i never thought anyone would feel that way about my art...thanx a lot!! (you even compared me to heise?? one of my idol??^^)
it's true when i drawing, i always put my emotion in it... when i draw happy people, i wil draw while smiling, and when i draw angry or seurious looking people, i my face turn out scary^^...no one may see it but me myself feel it^^ but
recently, i feel my skill is down..something like..."there's something wrong with this pic" feeling^^ maybe it because i'm not fill it with my full emotion.. from right now, i will put all of my heart when drawing!!
i will draw something looks more.... alive

In my opinion, yes he looks like Yagami Light enough to be considered him. In fact, this is one of the fan arts of him that actually look like him. Your realistic-like style fits Takeshi Obata's very well, especially how you did the hair. The confusing looking background along with the letters are nice touches
