-> This is for a design contest hosted by CyprusDraegon , with the theme of Blue Jay!I love birds a lot and decided to base him off of Steller's Jay, a close relative of the Blue Jay that I prefer a little more.
-> 'Plume' comes from feather plume, and could also mean a lava/smoke plume.
-> I would imagine he has fire-breathing powers
