I feel so old. Here's the original:

Yeah, I remade it. Though the current Neon you all know and love isn't the same Neon from back then, the Neon back then was (and I'm not joking) a born Saiyan with an evil father who had an army of dark followers to take over any world they find, Neon escapes to the Pokemon world after he finds out his father killed his mother (because she was keeping Neon nice) and planned to make Neon his successor. Neon meets Zander, ends up in the human world with Zander, then they end up as Pokemon again, only Neon can't remember a thing and Zander hates Neon now because Neon's became too popular in the human world to the point where Zander feels like they're not friends anymore. Neon's father was the main villain of the original comic and Zander was more moody and edgy than he is now.

Yeah a lot has changed to the point where I don't consider this Neon to be the same Neon back in 2010. 2010 Neon used to be more naive, overly happy, had a big ego about himself, and always had to be in the right even when he wasn't. The current Neon (2016 Neon) is somewhat naive, caring, understanding, doesn't have a big ego, doesn't always assume he's right, was a human, NOT a saiyan and has a completely different backstory. To be honest the only things that are the same are his name (sorta), Gender, and that he's a Pikachu. Everything else is different. So I consider them two completely different characters, from two completely different universes who happen to have the same name.
