not everything is bad. Designwise, i kinda like the new suits (the helmets could use a little work though) and Alpha. The idea of the Rangers being trouble teens is not bad. It actually reminds me of Dino Thunder. Even Rita looks fine to me, granted she looks nothing like the show, but her design in the show was already awful so not big lose to me. Goldar is the only thing i absolute hate about the movie, A griffin like general reduced to a fondue monster of the week (actually, even the weakly monsters had cool designs and a personality, Movie Goldar is just a melted blob of gold that growls).
