Well, I would try to make the hand look a little more sharp (like the bg)
I actually really like the bg choice here, great stuff!
Oh, and maybe placing the hand strickly in the centre would make the whole image more aggresive and psychodelic. You don't have to "golden ratio" everything, imho.

it was so hard to try to photograph your left hand, and make it look straight while balancing the camera in the right one & snap the shot at the same time.
