Description
This is a Monarch butterfly. Mum found them as caterpillars on milkweed plants. I was able to get this pick because his wings were still wet from having just hatched from his chrysalis, which is the shell that forms around the caterpillar after he does his dance. So far we've had one fatality(danced to hard) and two successful fledges.Related content

I was in need of color, and the butterfly gave it. That's what I meant by the title.
