Description
This week's Pixel Sprite is a "remixed" version of an existing design from the "Sealed Ones" series. Ultima Sword Kaiyrai is a demonic creature with long serpentine appendages for a lower a body. I tried to capture as much of the original design's detail as possible in sprite form here. The cage-like extensions on its back are a bit more obvious here since I could render them in perspective. Other features like the core jewel in its torso and the textures on the rest of the body were a free interpretation of the original. I would like to do more of these sprite versions of designs. It's an interesting experiment.
