That awkward moment when you realize that pile of ashes Gollum is standing on isn't ash...only saw this at a very quick glance once and came back to see what it was...not to mention I have a horrible phobia of dead bodies.
However, despite that, I actually think this is a lot better a portrayal of Gollum than what was shown in theaters! 
to be honest, if I ever saw this in something other than a still photograph, I'd be screaming bloody murder. I've never been so pleased and so disturbed at the same time. I love this one a lot.

*trying desperately not to read the top line in his voice* Well, at the point Gollum's at, I think eating a Dwarf heart would be the lesser of two evils, compared to not having anything at all.

Haha well, you surely handled that better than me.. I was screaming when a friend of mine sent me the link for it over Skype; that's how I got it. Though, truth be told, I think that Gollum shot is on par with it, as far as disturbing goes. At least no one was picking at the remains...*shiver*

Nice scene development and character study, but for costuming...I see the head as a mask and I don't know if you created it. Also, the body seems too large for Gollum and the complexity of the costuming is low. Although, if you created the mask one hundred percent of your own talent, I'm deeply impressed.

The costume consists of a four piece mask prosthetic, back prosthetic, sclera contacts, custom leather loin cloth and belt, four hours and fifteen minutes head to toe body paint then air brush, shaping and texturing.
That is me inside there ha ha, you're actually the first to call me large
Not to mention, very little after effects, all practical pieces built into the set including the dead dwarf and arrows.

Not large in general but the angle of the photograph gives you a larger appearance compared to my envisionment of the G-man. And don't think I do not appreciate your dedication, talent and artistry with theatrical make-up. I was a theatrical make-up artist over the span of 10+ years for various productions. I also really liked the set pieces. In total, I thought this was awesome. I do appreciate you sharing about the body make-up. Knowing that, I would have taken a different fancy to it as a mostly naked guy can't have much of a material costume but you created the costume through full-body make-up. I'd probably be even more stupified to see it in person. And I can tell it's you under all that. And with that in mind, care to come show me the costume personally?

Ha ha no worries, there are a few other shots in my album of Gollum that shows off the body makeup from different angles. Yes, I was told I was quite terrifying in person, as years of dance have made me agile and quick at a very low to the ground movement way.
Ha ha take me on for a project and I'd be delighted to. I love doing that kind of expansive work. I don't, was merely giving you a more in depth perspective as you seemed to be needing more from it. I do this professionally yes, and yes a lot of the work I get through people seeing my work and wanting to take me on from my experience and work ethic. I appreciate your candour, critique and kind words.
