USB drive cover I made of l'Cie from FF13.I've started selling them on Etsy! [link]
To make this I had to take apart the USB casing, measure the inside and the circuit board carefully so I could make it all fit.
Then I drew all that in CAD. Next I found a reference image, transcribed that into CAD, and sized it to fit the USB.
After all those tedious bits were done I took it to the lazer cutter and cut it out.
There's the middle casing, the top & bottoms, and little spacers on the inside for support.
The way I've thought about selling them for you to tell me the usb size you want. I'll get the usb and add $20 for the work & materials, and then whatever shipping is.
(If you want a 8gb USB, it would be something like $15 for the usb, +$20 for the work, and like $3-5 for shipping, so around $35-$40.)
