» Name: Vionne Mannequin [ Codename v1.0-NE ]
» Gender: Female
» Age: 20
» Species: Klefki [ #707 ]
• It never lets go of a key that it likes, so people give it the keys to vaults and safes as a way to prevent crime.
• It inserts its horn into chinks in metal, absorbing metal ions. This even-tempered Pokémon has a habit of collecting keys. It will sneak into people's homes to steal their keys.
• Although it's unclear why it collects keys, giving it a key makes Klefki very happy. However, it apparently only likes master keys.
» Ability: Prankster
• Gives priority to a status move. Status category moves have their Speed Priority increased by 1. Moves increased by this that are used on Dark-type opponents will fail.
◦ Vionne uses her enhanced thinking processes to respond tactically to situations presented. Even when the situations don’t involve combat. Specific individuals are able to see through this guise, however.

[ Thunder Wave ] The user launches a weak jolt of electricity that paralyzes the target.
• Generates electricity from her palms to stun target specimen.
[ Magnet Rise ] The user levitates using electrically generated magnetism for five turns.
• Utilizes electricity-generated magnetism to levitate or cause her tools to float to carry target specimen.
[ Swagger ] The user enrages and confuses the target. However, this also sharply raises the target's Attack stat.
• You'd rather not.
• Vionne simulates emotions by mimicking her idea of certain subjects. Though it does not anger everyone, the sight is strange enough to confuse them.
[ Double Team ] By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness.
• Moves quickly to create an after-image illusion, usually gets pretty winded afterwards unless being used by her substitute.

» Personality:
Calm and collected, Vionne lacks the ability to express emotion on her own. Although she seems capable of feeling irritation, some empathy, and maybe even happiness, her outward appearance will generally remain the same. While usually withdrawn, she speaks when necessary in a detailed technical manner which makes some people think that she is a form of artificial intelligence or know-it-all. This factor bothers her but she has since learned to get used to the matter. On the inside Vionne is a simple girl who enjoys sweets, cute things, and merely wants to observe and report. She is often found people watching with the belief that she can learn more about how to express herself like other people.
Certain times, such as when using Swagger, she may emulate speech mannerisms and be overly expressive to the point of being weird. Vionne often imitates idols or eccentric characters she sees in media, with high expectations of this being what people like.
Vionne is a seeker of knowledge most of all, conveniently sided with Volonta which is the ideal gateway to obtaining such knowledge. Though she is not fond of the heads of the other units she will heed orders diligently due to her personal interests. She sees Arcobaleno as a disorganized group of primitives due to their visit to her dome and subsequent events afterward but would like to study the citizens more carefully to get a grasp of life on the other side.
» History:
• Childhood:
Before she gained the name “Vionne”, the Klefki was a child known as Nol Everett. Nol was a bright young girl full of dreams and aspirations to become a scientist aiming to help the weak and make the lives of others easier. Unfortunately for her, reality was cruel and Volonta’s training standards were more-so. Her aptitude for combat and general knowledge was low; she was an overwhelmingly average individual and significantly rated low among the other citizens of Volonta. Though Nol loved to read, the academics taught were not her strong suit and she was extremely frail in combat, placing a great disappointment onto her from the Volontan officials. Within all this, she lost her desire to become a scientist but still wanted to help in any way she could.
• Adolescence / Adulthood:
By the time Nol underwent placement for her specialization she was only qualified for the Support Unit, doing general work around the dome. Though she was not happy regarding the matter, there was nothing else a ‘weakling’ like her could do. This of course did not stop the young Klefki, she worked hard and tried her best not to disappoint her subordinates; she would always get back up even more determined than when she fell. Over time she learned that she could not do anything about her low aptitude but persisted to seek knowledge to better her understanding of the things around her. After her 13th birthday Nol became gravely sick, diagnosed with a terminal illness affecting part of her brain. She was given a rough estimate of a few years but did not let the fact get to her; the Klefki kept striving to achieve greater heights. Even though she was weak, even though she was useless, she lived life with no regrets and planned on fighting until the end. Through her various treatments an individual from the Research and Development unit reached out to her and offered a second chance; “Take part in my experiment and you might just live through this.” they said. With nothing left to lose and an offer she could not refuse, Nol bet all she had on the procedure.
The operation involved using an experimental drug on affected parts of her brain to enhance her thought process and strengthen her brain usage to extraordinary heights. Whether the experiment would succeed or fail, it could potentially change her life forever - for better or for worse. The R&D team who lead the operation dubbed it version 1.0, Nol Everett.
After the procedure Nol went into a coma that lasted a year. Upon awakening, she was a completely different person; she developed exceptional memory, reading comprehension, and no longer had traces of the disease causing her brain to decay but correspondingly could no longer feel emotion. Her body was extremely frail in the beginning, requiring her to rely on physical therapy, devices to aid mobility, and using Magnet Rise to get around. During her recovery she went over every source of information she could find to increase her knowledge. The Research and Development considered her experiment a success while needing further testing on the drug they used. With the desire to leave her past behind, Nol gained the codename v1.0-NE: Mannequin and decided to inherit such as her new identity: Vionne. After the recovery process, Vionne transferred units from Support to R&D and used her newfound skills to achieve her goal in becoming a scientist. Moreover, within the previous couple years she realized that she would not be able to help everyone in the world and dedicated the rest of her life to unraveling the unknown.
• Present Day:
Currently, Vionne continues to thrive in Research & Development, helping with any and all experiments to further develop the lives around them. She did not welcome the idea of helping Arcobaleno originally, but then figured that she could use the opportunity to learn about other societies, and maybe even learn to feel emotions once more.
» Additional Information:
- [ Voice Sample I ] [ Theme Song / Voice Sample II ] [ Theme Song II ]
- Though not particularly great in direct combat, Vionne is highly tactical and specializes in support and capture. Using a combination of her “keys” and her abilities she is skilled in restricting and apprehending target specimen.
- Her weapon of choice are her “Silver Keys”, four blade-like attachments that float behind her head to imitate a ribbon. Being comprised of nanites, they are able to switch modes to fit her needs. The most common modules used are a needle/glaive-like form used for long ranged piercing and a fan-like form used for defending herself at close range. The keys have also been known to morph into a shield and a more versatile form of her cuffs.
- Vionne also utilizes 4 metal cuff-like devices for Fairy Lock followed by Magnet Rise to capture targets. Unlike the keys, these are just made of a hard metallic alloy and often used for mechanical creatures.
- Although she has been relieved of her prior sickness, it is still present albeit slowed down significantly from the serum she was given. She is also required to undergo routine checkups and operations to prevent any further side effects of the drug.
- She often uses magnet rise because she is still out of shape and gets tired pretty easily when doing manual activity.
