Big brutal Viking lord, after usurping his own father in the Darwinian, chaotic world that is medieval politics in the year 1005 AD, he plotted to take over Europe through mastery of the occult with his partners Harald the Old (A wizard and a advisor to Smorgasborat's Father who betrayed him and helped plot his downfall) and Draugr Bjorn Dane (a Viking lich born in the late 700s). One of his firsts acts as new leader was to break the peace treaty between Denmark and Medieval England and France and resume his raids, the narcissistic leader also commissioned various magical projects, including a golem super soldier production lab that produced golems that are thankfully rare to encounter but devastating to fight and required the use of magic to effectively put down, or just kill the Viking commander whose unique enchanted bracelet (the bracelet was created in another magical project) provides control to the golem, but was rendered useless if the bracelet was unwielded (there is reports of extremely rare incidents of mages overpowering the golem's magical shields, enchanted stone body, and destroying the golems central gem that powers the golem).

Other projects commissioned by Smorgasborat include: a super soldier serum (potion) that turned normal Vikings into what could be described as rabid killing machines, though said unnatural stamina and strength came at the cost of damaging Viking's hearts, and though the brew made Vikings stay awake for days, it DOES NOT ward off the effects of sleep deprivation, so more or less medieval era meth. Cursed rings that gave Vikings strength but caused dead warriors to turn to zombies when worn (which were often given to the warriors who died as a result of the super soldier potion).

Smorgasborat stood over 8 feet tall, and if were living in the modern age could pick up car with one hand. Various Medieval European Kingdoms got together and formed a special taskforce (one of the predecessors to the Anti-Magic Taskforce, it would later merge with other groups like the Lichtenstein Magical Crafters Guild to become the Anti-Magic Taskforce) to defeat him.
