NODs tank in the Tiberium Essence world. It has those wheel thingies on it's front that can embed the tank into the ground, which presumably allows it to tune in into the vibrations of the earth like Toph Bei Fong (citation needed); however sand and ice are like a fuzzy TV with unreliable signal (even more citation needed).
