This was for a contest - the theme, obviously, was vampires!Hehehe anyways I'm procrastinating again!
Gotta stop doing that hurrrrr >,<
So Sailor Saturn has turned into a vampire. Figured it was the perfect fit ... you know, soldier of death, has a tendency to be demonically possessed. Unfortunately Sailor Moon's good nature is her downfall. You don't go trusting no vampire, geez!

Shut up!!! This totally reminds me of the Last Dracul-saga of the Sailor Moon musicals. Although, if memory serves correct Saturn never becomes a vampire. Jupiter, Mars, Uranus and Neptune each become vampires at some point during that series of musicals. They were all chosen because they were considered the most powerful (or something like that). Those were some very dark, religious-tinged musicals I'll tell ya!
I find that the ragged elements of this piece are quite interesting. I love how Saturn's costume is practically decaying to reflect her body's lifeless nature. We can see that transferred over to Sailor Moon's appearance. Her hair is very reminiscent of the tree branches from the scene in Snow White where she has that scary hallucination in the forest. And I absolutely love the small detailing in the brooch. Most would leave those details out. Great job!

Two of my favourite things are Sailor Moon and vampires (proper ones, not sparkle-pires) so combining them like this is an instant win

Hmmmmm...... Vampire sailors eh. Now there's an idea for a episode if they ever make a new series: Hotaru's Interview with the Vampire. As our favorite sailor has an interview with a vampire, while the other sailors are turned into the children of the night by the vampire's friends, and it would be up to Hotaru to save the day.
But anyway, this looks very awesome. The dark colors and drawing style gives it a perfect gothic style. And of course, Hotaru is perefect for the role of the vampire sailor.

I think what's amazing is you always manage to make the hands look very graceful, you can see every curve of the joints. The angle of the wrists too, they remind me of old Master's paintings. I haven't seen a drawing from you at which I don't get just a little jealous of your handy-skills. See what I did there...? Oh yes. c;
