Description
A dilligent and highly skilled soldier, Ronan rose to the rank of Supreme Accuser of the Kree Empire. Wielding his Universal Weapon, a high-tech hammer capable of manipulating both energy and matter to attack and defend, Ronan served his people faithfully.

When the Annihilation Wave struck, treachery within the Kree government led to the death of the Supreme Intelligence. With the Empire weakened following Annihilus' defeat, rulership of the Kree fell to a reluctant Ronan. His reign would not last long however, before they had even recovered from the Annihilation Wave they were overwhelmed by a Phalanx invasion led by Ultron.

After the Phalanx invasion was thwarted, the Kree Empire was left in ruins. Seeking to protect his people, Ronan sought an alliance with the Inhumans. Blackbolt would become king of the united Inhuman and Kree people while Ronan would cement the alliance by marrying the Inhuman princess, Crystal.
