Just a half-assed remake of a simple panel in the Sonic comics. Playing around with Particles and whatnot.Also, fun fact, because of how Scourge's quills were modeled, I couldn't actually use the normal Scourge model, and I had to re-texture his Super form. So yes, he's literally recolored in this picture.
