Yesterday, I went over to a friends house and she has three absolutely gorgeous huskies. We have Alaska in the picture who is the mum to the other two, Nanook and Sakari.
Alaska's such a lucky dog as she was moments from being put to sleep from a badly broken leg after an apparent 'car accident' but the vet said that that was impossible with how the leg was broken. He unfortunately put it down to neglect.
However, after many trips to the vet and procedures to fix her leg she's all up and running about with her two siblings and was reunited with them. My friend was only meant to be looking after her through her recovery, but she just couldn't let her go.. I mean, who wouldn't?
