mh, valentines day. You know, what i hate most about valentines day is walking around alone and watch all them happy couples kissing and holding each other. Or boys buying stuff for their girlfriends, with shy smiles and blushing faces when they look at the clerks. But at the same time i can't help but smile a little too. The shops might have blown valentines day up into something almost like Christmas but i still kind of like the idea. A day dedicated to showing the one you love a little more. I think it's good to get that little push towards knowing that today is the day.Hmm I think ill make my own dark valentines day. I have no idea what that should be like, it's just a feeling.
Enough rambling for now. This picture is a valentines gift for someone whom means the world to me. Love is Red... and tainted, you know?

I'm trying to have fun...I joined this singing competition at my school and I've made it into the top ten finalists. I really hope I find my passion in performing for an audience again. I love making people happy when I'm on stage. XD

hmm and when it comes to me, i don't really know. I'm having one of those moods where i'm not really happy but not really sad either. Lots of things have happened recently, and most of them should probably have sent me long way down the road of depression. But for some reason it hasn't. Guess that is a good thing. Better to feel nothing than just wanting to find a dark corner and die, ne?
Mh, no really. Ill manage, just have to find some time to sit down and think things through. Only problem is finding that kind of time when i'm this busy.

I know entirely what you mean. I got turned down by the girl I like when I asked her out on Valentine's Day, but she said that she "wasn't saying no". She really likes me and just wanted to make sure it was right. Well, she still flirts with me like crazy and I really hate it when something I want is dangled in front of my face. -sigh- But I haven't been letting it get me down.
I was in a rather good mood until this passing Friday when my dad told me he wanted to get a divorce from my mom. He told me that as he was dropping me off at my musical. I had to perform and act the whole night like I wasn't cry on the inside. I had started bawling once I got there and this guy was consoling me and he started kissing my cheek and picking me up and spinning me around. What really sucked was that I was crushing so damn hard on him a while back and I had finally gotten over him, but then he started doing that and it just set my heart a-pounding. lol. Well, he's a huge flirt, so I've told myself that even though he's a really great guy, to just move on.
You know how they say that love will find you at the least expected moments? Well, last night around nine, I get a message on MySpace from a friend I had grown apart from, but just recently started talking to again. We started talking and we ended up talking until seven a.m. this morning. It turns out we have so much in common and it's so funny because we would have never have thought we would be so alike and have so many of the same views. I'm just so nervous, though. I don't want such a good thing to be rushed and then everything just crumble into pieces like my past relationships. I'm so confused. I really am starting to like him. Gah, I just don't want to hurt anymore, you know?

Might sound strange, but it seems to me like you have some kind of self-control right now that just wont let feelings take over and throw you around. And that is something *smiles*
