By law women can walk around topless in specific areas of Manhattan. Not every area but most. The nude portion is also there as well. I really hate the idea of paying those women to snap a picture with. It is depressing.

I know somebody who did this job as well. However they had stuff over the body so there nipples and there downstairs would not show. This is just paint pure over the body.

Of course it is Mid-town Manhattan. Nobody really notices at
