Important notes:
- Use "Always force culling" and "Back-face culling".
- Several objects are removable. To remove any of them, go to "Options" -> "Display accessories" -> "Optional Items" and unckeck it.
- Glasses were added, they have a bone. They are hidden by default. To show them, go to "Options" -> "Display accessories" -> "Optional Items" and check the glasses parts.
- Wet textures were added as optional files. To use them, load the wet version of the model via XNAlara/XPS.
- A preview image was added for XNALara's "add model" window.

I'm not sure about that. I use XPS for posing only.
You can play with lighting parameters to adjust the direction of the light towards the eyes, but I don't know if this will give you the effect you have in mind.
