Description I wanted to make a plush that had an even more integrated pattern design and embroidery, so I felt omanyte was a good Pokemon to come back too. It was more difficult than heracross, which just had a few separate embroidery pieces that had to line up. For omanyte, the spokes of the shell line up with the top lines of the shell. I had to be really precise about my drawing and digitizing to get this right but I am very pleased with the result. I also drew more stylized eyes, just like heracross, because I want to diversify my portfolio to include both realistic and stylized plushies. Omanyte stands about 6.5" tall and is made with minky.

Thanks! It was a bit tricky, but I scaled it properly when I drew it, then reduced all the images by the same percentage so it wasn't too bad.

It actually is. I usually don't remake plush but this fellow is made in such a way that pre-orders would be possible. Just let me know when you would be interested. It would have to be slipped into a commission batch, but that isn't usually an issue.
