Description Wander over Yonder is such a good show. Its adorable animation style and sincere characters touch my heart, not to mention the creativity in sharing a really positive message to kids. I absolutely had to make Wander. He is the sweetest little orange fuzzy alien I have ever seen. He is made with ultra cuddle minky and stands about 13.5 inches tall without his hat, which adds another 6.5 inches.Β Because I wanted to add some textural contrast, his accessories and eyes are made from cotton rather than from minky. He is not wired so he is pretty floppy and cuddle-able. I tried to stay true to his posture and proportions since they are so unique. He can even sleep in his hat, just like in the show.


Character owned by Disney (I am surprised they don't have merchandise for the show yet)

That's cool! My husband and I were just thinking there should've been plushies, so I did a search, and while I'm not finding official plushies, at least you made a really good homemade one. I especially love that you made his hat removable, and that you can stick him inside his hat. Most other people would've just sewn the hat onto his head, and then you wouldn't be able to do anything really fun with him. Great work!

I'm not really sure. Disney doesn't market it's shows very well and I don't think it's as popular as gravity falls which itself lacks merch.

Phineas and Ferb got a whole lot of merch though. Especially when it was in its prime; it was everywhere.Β 

It's not that I'm expecting Gravity Falls or Wander Over Yonder to blow up as much as P&F did, but a few figures and plushes isn't asking too much, I don't think. At least Gravity Falls has that much.

Phineas and ferb was probably more popular at its peak, originally they didn't expect it to get a second season. Hopefully they make more stuff though, I always like seeing what they come up with.
