I normally don't put tiny doodles like this up here but this one makes me smile everytime I look at it so here it is. Milk doesn't actually strengthen bones. It just has calcium and bones have calcium but digesting milk is like swallowing a chicken bone the size of an ant. It's supposed to be 'good for you' but really it doesn't do anything to you but 'be there' if you eat it.
