The full story behind these two is stupid complicated and I don't feel like getting into it BUT LET'S SUM-UP BY SAYING THAT THESE TWO ARE KIND OF... TWO STEPS REMOVED AU VERSIONS OF ZEX AND DAX? it involves an rp and an alternate identity for a human ZEX that's I'm too lazy to explain right nowBUT IT'S CUTE SO HERE IT IS

Poor Max is such a complete failure. On one hand I want to be like HE DOESN'T MEAN TO BE but he kind of does most of the time. He's just so epically unself-aware, it's amazing.

Haha yeah, there's definitely more willful ignorance than anything else. Somehow I still feel kind of bad for him, I don't know how he does it.
Dexter really got the raw end of the deal there, Max just went nuts for no reason and now he has to pick up the pieces. :< I ended up writing out a little thing where he does take Max home after he gets tortured at Landel's, but Max is still ZEX and there is no Max anymore, and it's really depressing and horrible and D:
