Well there was that one black slinky outfit where Smoker had one of those really long cigarettes, and the other outfit she wore when she took Hunter out on a date and threw around a lot of old slang but I kind of doubt Mousey would imagine either of those. :u

If I didn't know any better I'd say this is a metaphor for people (personA and personB) and their fandoms (the coat). ...Or a metaphor for anything for that matter.

y'know: I always imagined that even post infection, smoker, jockey, charger and hunter kept a degree of their original personality. Perhaps warped and their wants and desire's changed to reflect their new bodies, but the same none-the-less. I kinda like that, it gives a happy ending to them.

Mousey makes her unecessary observation, and Smoker begins patting herself down, looking a bit confused. When Mousey nervously asks her what she's looking for, Smoker replies, "That's odd. I could've sworn I had a few fucks to give. But I guess I don't."
Cut to Mousey facedown on her bed, sobbing violently into a pillow.

Every time I see her, I don't know how to feel about her attempts at friendship. Thanks for making this kind of character.
She tries so hard, and she means well, but she goes about it in a weird, biased or illogical (it's one of those two I think) that it both irritates and amuses me. It almost makes me wonder if out of all of these assumptions that she made if she's kinda nuts or if this happened to her.

She does! Mousey is a lot of fun to write because she really is trying and she means well but she's just always messing up and is so unaware of what she's doing and how self-absorbed she is that she ends up sabotaging herself constantly, it's a sad combination in a way.
