When did you have the idea of drawing D&D characters ?

I'm prone to drawing my own group's fairly often, but usually keep those to myself because a lot of them require a fair amount of explanation to even make sense. Β These are Ziro's lot, though, and I believe he's aiming to construct a story around them.
