I made it with Pentax and 135/2,8 Hanimex manual lens.
I't rather hard to shoot a picture of a playing cat (sometimes it looks like fast-moving-ball-of-fur), especially with manual lenses - no autofocus, no auto aperture etc. but... it happens.
