That is utterly gorgeous in every capacity. Oddly enough I found my eyes drawn to the tiara out of all sections; for whatever reason I don't tend to notice it in animation.

seriously though, the actual detail in the clothing (not sure if it's a dress interrupted by the scarf thingy (forgot what it's actually called) or if it's an outfit where the scarf thingy is to cover up the hole (seeing as she's probably from a colder region(don't know RWBY btw)that'd be one of the smarter calls to make) there'd be if she were wearing two seperate pieces) of the upper half of her body is incredible!

Looks really beautiful, I like the dust woven into her costume. Seems to be very little of Raven, and she was a big part of season 5, but not a lot of good artwork of her.
