Description this massive hall (or promenade?) in the chenonceau castle had different shaped windows along its walls on either side. this... was one of them.

that striking black and white tile floor is original to the renaissance era

i'm offering this in a large size (over 5 mb) as stock at [link] - just link back and let me know how you use it - i'd love to see it.

oh, as i mentioned in the description, i'll send a larger version to anyone who notes me.

i'm new to this stock thing - it's the only pic i've ever offered as stock, so i don't know what the usual procedure is. do most people just post a larger file?

You dont have to post a larger file, you just need to make sure the "make file available for download" option is checked.

okey dokey.... i've done that now... but will that be big enough to work with? it's still only a smaller file meant for computer viewing.

Did you resize the file at all? It's good to work with now but just wondering

zasu In reply to digital-amphetamine [2008-06-14 05:43:02 +0000 UTC]

it's the same size as i uploaded at the beginning - but the original is more than 5 MB. i always make what i upload for viewing into a small file (800 x 600 at medium or high quality).

Oh, well when uploading something to be used for stock, always upload the original huge file, thats what stock is for. Thats a big rule, dont resize stock photos, the bigger the better. if you upload the larger file, more people will use it, like me. I tried using the one thats there right now, but the pixels are too small and the quality is just bleh.

well, as i had written in the description, anyone needing a bigger file just needed to note me, as some have already.

how would i offer it as stock? i think it would be fun to see what people could come up with using it

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

VivalaVida In reply to zasu [2008-06-08 15:42:22 +0000 UTC]

Oh, you must edit the category , thereΒ΄s a section called "tutorials and ressources"->"Stock images". And it would be good if you add "stock" into the keyword list. I have a stock account and believe me, it is so much fun to see what other artists do with your stock images.
