She looks like a good candidate for an Osseointegration Prosthetic. Mid thigh stump, long enough to have functional muscle attachment, short enough to get maximum benefit.

Even the scars on her remaining leg,and arm show's she was in a serious accident that could of resulted in the loss of those limbs too. The inspiration you show is amazing. I just wish you include background stories with your work.
