Forgot to add this in my original comment, but seeing as this is a WIP, id think about doing something with the arm.
It feels really static hanging straight down. If the idea is that it is holding the bag, try reversing the fingers (the pinky finger sticking out, the pointer and index clutching the bag), which might help it fit in more.

Very cool design. I like her accessories, the bag and bracelet, and think they are particularly well done. The structure/shape of the face is cool, and the expression ultimately adds a lot to the pic.
Overall one bad ass concept.
