I would say Razor...I think that was the name...he was a mutated snapping turtle in TMNT 2 (the movie which had Vanilla Ice)!...If I remember right, it was Tokar and Razor...one was a wolf, and one the turtle.
They kinda took the place of Beebop and Rocksteady. Don't know if they ever appeared in any other turtles related stuff!
