I have a little question ^^ the bow for Rin is just for adult females, right? It does not work for teens? I tried to "transform" that bow and make it available for teens as well, using SimPe, but that's the only accessory that I cant modify

You have move the mesh in milkshape and replace for the original in simpe :/
