OK check the top right hand corner of your computer screen. If it says TRAIL VERSION EXPIRED or something like that you cannot use SAI unless you buy the licensed version for 41$. If it is a submission problem and SAI still works, open the SAI files on SAI and resave them a png. S. If you cannot do that try using a sample photo off you computer by opening the SAI file in the DA submission page, click the peice of paper with a paper clip symbol and press attach preview option. That should work. If you can't I'm sorry I can't help you
