What's this? omg, I drew the awesome duo again! I've gone mad again!

So why is Sonic not pleased?

Because of his new movie.

Christ.

I set the bar pretty low for a Sonic movie since every franchise is getting fucked with movies that fall into the hands of evil corporatins like Paramount and Unniversal pictures, but I wasn't expecting...this.

Even SEGA is not satisfied with the design, but they shouldn've signed the contracted BEFORE they saw the design change. Which begs the unniversal question that all Sonic fans, incleuding myself are asking: "why a live action movie?"

Seriously, this is pissing me off. Why is everything going into a live action movie? Just to show off how advanced and cool those computer graphics have become? It does work with certain franchises like Need For Speed, Godzilla and other ideas that can work in the real world. But why Sonic?

Sonic is a CARTOON. His core design and style will never work in a realistic world. We saw that in Sonic 06, so why make him look like a fury with a Sonic custome? To make him more real? He isn't supposed to be real. He is a blue hedgehog, running at high speed through loops, collecting rings, saving tiny animals from a fat diabetic scientist called Dr. Eggman and prevent the world from his rule.

Why would you want to make that a live action movie? It doesn;t work in any way. You can try to convince me, but it will never convince me until the end of time.

What we, the fans want for a Sonic movie is this> "Take the animation from the opening cutscene of SOnic UNLEASHED, hire writters who know what they're doing, get the creators of Sonic and SEGA and even ask some Sonic fans who know how to writte, know the fanbase and can toss ideas around."

Why is that so hard? Guys, when I finally get to make my movies, I will NEVER do this so dissapointing like Paramount pictures is doing. My creations will stricktly be animation, not live action.

To make it even worse, the plot is just a buddy-cop storyline. I'm already out. I know every cliché that's gonna happen and I can't take Eggman seriously when played by Jim Carry. He's a fantastic actor, but I want the REAL Eggman. I will not fight with you guys in the comment section, because it's a waste of my time and I've got better things to do.

At first, I was horrified that this was gonna devide the fans even more. Resulting in the movie sucking so much, that SEGA might trhow their hands up in the air and stop making SOnic games. That's one of my worst fears. I know that he will continue for as long as they keep making money, but I was surprised that the fanbase was actually...untited by this. Huh.

I was actually planning on making a short tiny comic about SOnic coming into Korra's room, showing her the poster and being sad that this might devide his fanbase and stop his career forever. He wanted to leave not bothering her with his problems, but Korra told him to "come here" and she gave him a hug. Telling him that his fans will always love him no matter what. And even if the worst case senario does happen, she'll always be a fans of him. Please guys, don't give up on Sonic just because he's getting another kick in the guts.

We have to support him and tell SEGA that we want to help them make an awesome game.

But, the only positive thing that has come out of this tragedy, were the Twitter responses.

My god I haven't laughed so hard to something Sonic related in a LONG time.

I even showed the poster to my mom not saying that it was Sonic and I asked: "What's this?" -- My mom: "I dun't know, somethign scary?"

THOSE WERE HER EXACT WORDS.

She didn't even recognize Sonic! THis movie is gonna bomb.

About the drawing. This actually took a while. I had to resketch this 3 times. It might be because I've been drawing sharks for 8 months straight, but they both remain a challange. The most difficult part with Korra is to draw her head. Her eyes especially since I always make them look weird. :/

Korra's right hand was originally on his head, but he was angry and she pulled him towards her to give him a comorting hug.

It was very tricky to draw this pose, and even Sonic's face took 10 minutes to get right. Korra is softly scratching the top of his head as if he's a cat. Giving him helpfull Avatar wisdom, which goes as such:

- Korra: So...I saw the movie poster. Guess that's the reason why you're upset?

Sonic: Hng.

Korra: Yeah, it's...pretty shocking to be honest. But hey, Avatar Aang got a horrible live action movie too ya know.

Sonic: Hnng.

Korra: Hmpf. Come here you little dork~ ( pulls Sonic towards her )

Sonic: Hnnggg.

Korra: I know it sucks. You have a right to be angry, but we'll all look back at it and have a good laugh. You'll see.

Sonic: Ngh...

Korra: Besides, I'm really looking forward to that new racing game of yours. It looks a lot of fun to play.

Sonic: Nhggghgh.

Korra: Those Sonic Mania adventures are very cute too. The animation is outstanding.

Sonic: Hnf.

Korra: I've also seen a lot of funny GIF'S about your moves in the new Supersmash Bros game. You're a badass with those moves.

Sonic: Nhg...

Korra: Besides, you're now appeared in 2 Disney movies, what an honor, right? It's the closest thing we'll get to an actually movie. You we adorable in that short clip I watched.

Sonic: Hmmf...

Korra: ...Wanna play some Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed?

Sonic: Nhhggg...

Remember, I don't want to talk about the movie. We know it's gonna be bad, let's not have flame wars int he comments, we've got better things to worry about. I've already movied on before the movie even comes out.
