The shark is my favorite guardian in Sonic frontiers, for obvious reasons. 
The moment I encountered this thing, I litterally shot up from my chair and said: SHARK! YES! OMG, YES! A SHARK! BEST SONIC GAME EVER! 
And the fight with this thing is AWESOME. It's so damn creative, and you can just taste the effort in everything you see this thing do. I love it.
