Description
I did some illustrations as a sort of companion art for the amazing Discworld short film Troll Bridge. www.snowgumfilms.com/trollbridβ¦This time it's the main characters of the film. The horse of Cohen, Cohen the barbarian and Mica the troll, rendered in my style
It was a lot of fun to draw all of them, since they are not the kind of characters I usually do.
Sketched with a colerase, inked with a brushpen and colored digitally.

I must say however, that this illustration is my interpretation for the design they have for the film. Just a bit more stylized.
Cohen is a mix of ideas I took from different book covers and how he looks in the film

Good art, but trolls don't wear clothes apart from a loin cloth, and Cohen never carried a walking stick in the main series. I haven't read troll bridge though.
