First of all - I did not draw this. The original is by *notshortEdwardElric . I thought it was awesome, so I colored it. I ended up flipping the picture around, because the way it was, Italy was Romano and Romano was Italy. But I fixed it. This was a pain in the butt to line, but it was worth it, cause I had tons of fun coloring it.
