As usual this theme has not got a name yet.
I found the application style Lightly has not got the shaded columns bug from Breeze,where it adds alternately coloured stripes to every line in the view background of the active pane in Dolphin,making it look like a multicoloured Zebra,you disable the "feature" and it enables itself again,plus to further annoy you,Breeze decides to completely ignore the colour you chose for the view,and creates it's own nasty shade for the inactive view background,that was the bane of my life for a long time,and the reason all my colour schemes only use one colour for the window and view,but thank's to Lightly,I can now use the colours I choose,and not have a file manager,or anything else with lines of text,that looks like a psychedelic bloody Zebra.
