Nice , the arm reminds me of the experimental work they are doing with inflatable muscles . A "rubber" tube that when inflated with air expanses in diameter and gets shorter as it does so . Both very strong and looks and acts like a real muscle .

She reminds me of one of my old Cyberpunk 2020 players characters.

The technical details on the arm remind me a little of Shirow Masamune's stuff. Warren Ellis also had a comic book called Global Frequency, and a character in that also had a cybernetic arm with very cool, highly detailed musculature.
