Well, the thing is, I read his old formspring religiously. I do remember him answering a question about Dave's hair. He replied "It looks white to me" or something along those lines that was really sarcastic.
Unless it was an older question than that? But I was following his formspring for a month or so beforehand. Oh well, I still prefer him as a ginger, regardless of canon. I guess everyone has to bend the canon a little bit? (Shippers do it as their number one pass time anyways.)
