really I would do stuff like this
motion and light I think I can do them on photoshop
I wanted to give some of my paintings blinky lights
and I have always loved looking at window in a car and seeing the things go buy in the forground faster then the back
it always captured my interest

You should ! Parallax animation is actually so much easier than it looks, you just need to be careful about how you plans loop and how long they are, but once you figure it out you can really do awesome looking things easily. Some people in my class even did it traditionally, it works wonders
