Description This would have been better if I hadn't used a base... but my drawing skills with a tablet are still really wonky.

Karout a ran ac'hanout = Breton for 'I Love You'

Breton is a language primarily spoken in France, Brittany, and evolved from Celtic languages such as Cornish and Welsh. As a result, Breton was traditionally spoken in some parts of Scotland, the entire of Wales, Cornwall and Brittany. (Please correct me if I'm wrong, wikipedia can be questionable at times)

It's my headcanon that sometimes, if they're talking privately during a meeting or around others, or just on their own; England and France lapse into Breton rather than French or English.

Ghosting over their skin are 'I love you' in English and French respectively.
