I think the additional flap on the tie. I don't why I just saw that now. Maybe next time try animating some blinking eye animations? For fun.

This is more meant to be a canned animation that I can plop down wherever necessary, not a unique animated sequence. Blinks n stuff would be more for situational things.

I'm sure it all about the tangents. Even though her hair has a thick outline compared to her clothing, it manages to stick around where the black part of the outfit is when she's walking. That's how I see it anyway. It still is a smooth animation though.
