Kind of interesting that Sarabi feels the circle of life will "get upset" if they don't hunt as a team, when in reality PLENTY of vagrant/rogue lions and lionesses exist, and many predators don't hunt in groups ( leopards and female cheetahs, for example ). I'm wondering what her reasoning is here? Unless they're just looking out for Zira, as lone huntresses are more likely to get hurt and Zira isn't full-grown yet.

It's both. The prideland lions are tied to their idea of the circle of life and lionesses hunt as a team so Sarabi says they should hunt as a team. Also they upset the balance if Zira goes out and takes down a gazelle just for fun as opposed to all of them being there and hunting for the pride.

Oh interesting, love how the story will connect with the main film: actually, maybe Zira will reallized they got into the Elephant Graveyard and be the one who warned Mufasa (I doubt Zazu could have found Mufasa, told him about where the cubs were, and come back in, I dunno, 10 seconds?), I dunno, it would be more reallistic. But maybe I am wrong and she forgot to look after them.

If you want advice with Sarabi I can give you pointers: she's got a longer snout and a large chin. Her nose is very narrow and slim. She's got smaller ears and eyes that are hooded usually. She's got age lines and a muscular body. Hope it helps \
